Home Remedies for Acne

  1. Pulverize uncooked oats into powder and make it a paste by adding a little water. Apply the paste and leave it until it gets dried up, then wash it with lukewarm water.
  2. Cucumber juice applied on the affected areas for 20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
  3. Add honey to a cup of hot buttermilk and allow it to cool for 15 minutes, after application then wash off.
  4. Mix 2 garlic pods with identical quantity of vinegar and dab the mixture on the affected area daily.
  5. Mash strawberries and distill in white vinegar, apply on the face and wash off the next day.
  6. Blend grated horse radish, add a drop of alcohol, an orange peel and a pinch of grated nutmeg.Dab the mixture on the affected area twice a day.
  7. Leave lemon juice overnight.
  8. Apply tomato pulp on for 10 minutes
  9. A mask of egg white can be used for 20 minutes.
  10. A small amount of toothpaste should be dabbed on the affected area overnight
  11. Aloe vera juice should be applied and washed off in 20 minutes.
  12. Make a paste using baking soda and water and apply to the face till it gets a little hard then wash off.
  13. Papaya paste
  14. Flaxseeds also help prevent acne.
  15. Make a mask of mashed avacados
  16. Mashed bananas should be applied for 20 minutes.
  17. Squeeze out juice from  peppermint leaves and dab on the affected area and wash off in 15 to 20 minutes.
  18. Apply a teaspoon of olive oil.
  19. Use a cotton ball to apply apple cider diluted in vinegar.
  20. Apply grape juice and wash off in 20 minutes.
  21. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
